Ceiling Repair

We received an emergency call from a Landlord regarding an older property that the ceiling had collapsed – when we arrived we realised that it was in fact old lath and plaster – due to the age of this and with our teams specialist knowledge around older properties – they donned suitable PPE removed the old and loose plaster and this was sent to the local recycle plant for suitable disposal.

The ceiling was replaced with new boards and replastered – when the plaster was fully dry the whole area was sealed and painted.
